Jazz trumpeter Chris Botti is mostly exquisite on this concert DVD, which gives old fans and new arrivals a chance to hear him apply his rich, expressive playing to a number of old standards, as well as one or two of his own compositions.

The great trumpet player , LEE MORGAN, with the Jazz Messengers. This is a great presentation of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers. This historic 55-minute concert was filmed in Belgium in 1958. The legendary Lee Morgan was 20 years old when this concert was filmed and man could that guy play. Benny Golson-Tenor sax, Bobby Timmons-piano, Jymie Merritt-bass and of course Art Blakey-drums.
